Michael Porter Jr. Reveals His Top 5 Players Of All-Time: Michael Jordan, LeBron James, And Kobe Bryant Make His List

The NBA is undoubtedly the best basketball league in the entire world. Over the years, many players have established remarkable careers. But the tag for the best player of all-time or the top 5 best players of all-time is subjective to each individual.

Regardless, there are a few common names that are always thrown into such lists. Of course, we are talking about the likes of Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant.

While fans have always debated which players deserve a spot in the top 5 lists, NBA players have chimed in from time to time as well.

Recently, Denver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. appeared live on his Instagram channel with American hip-hop artist Andy Mineo. During the interaction, Mineo asked MPJ to state the five NBA players who feature in his list of the top 5 NBA players to ever grace the court.

Top 5 all-time? Mike [Michael Jordan], Kobe [Kobe Bryant] is in there, ‘Bron [Lebron James] is in there and it’s so crazy, I’m going to get a lot of hate for this, but I got to put KD [Kevin Durant] in it. ... And I’m putting Steph [Stephen Curry] in there.”

Woah, that’s a strong team with a huge offensive prowess. Although the players have played in a different era, if this super team were to ever form, it’s hard to see anyone get a dub against this team.

However, the only thing missing from Michael Porter Jr’s team is a center. A dominant center like Shaq or Hakeem would have made the team an absolute nightmare in any era of the NBA.

Porter Jr. also gave his two cents about the tradition of super teams in the league. MPJ believes that super teams are overrated.

Well, that’s MPJ’s opinion at the end of the day. Whether or not super teams are overrated, we’ll leave that up to you to decide.

Also, feel free to let us know about your picks for the top 5 greatest players in the history of the NBA. Is it the same as MPJ? Or do you want to add/remove a few names from the list?
