NBA Twitter Roasts Enes Kanter After He Snubs Kareem Abdul-Jabbar From His All-Time Top Five

1 Min Read

Enes Kanter is a pretty likable guy. He’s a jokester, a hard-working player, and a guy who isn’t afraid to stand up for what he believes in.

Not even Kanter is immune from the backlash of NBA Twitter though and, after he revealed his NBA All-Time starting five, basketball fans were all-too-quick to flame him.

For those that are curious, this list included Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Larry Bird, and Shaquille O’Neal.

On paper, it’s not bad, but it is missing one key player: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. The fans had to let him know this grievous error.

As a 19x All-Star, 6x MVP, 15x All-NBA Player, and the NBA’s All-Time leading scorer, it seems almost criminal to have him outside the top five. The guy was just unbelievable and his resume is practically unbeatable.

The rest of his list is pretty solid though and if you had to take one guy out to replace Kareem, it’d probably be Shaq considering K.A.J. is usually considered the better center.

But, hey, it’s all a matter of perspective, right?
