Steph Curry is a 3x Champion, 2x MVP, and probably the greatest shooter the planet has ever seen. But, even for all he has accomplished on the basketball court, even Steph has experienced some pain.

Back in 2016, during Game 7 of the Finals, Curry found himself on the receiving end of a three-point dagger by Kyrie Irving that still goes down today as one of the greatest shots in NBS history. It was a moment that will forever be watched in history, no matter how much Curry ha pushed it to the back of his mind.

In a chat with the media, the Golden State star delivered a hilarious response upon being posed with a question about that infamous moment...

“Why you bringing up old stuff, man?” the Warriors sharpshooter said. “I had a great attitude coming into this. You trying to bring up old stuff …

“Ummm, I think about it but it’s not like the first thought [that comes to mind] when I see that guy. What’s done is done.”

It must have been a tough moment for Curry and the Warriors, but it didn't take them long to get their revenge. The following two seasons, Golden State would dominate the league, winning back to back titles.

The question now is, will Curry and Irving ever meet in the postseason again? With both their teams in the mix for the playoffs, it'll be interesting to see how everything plays out in the end.
