1 Min Read

With the trade deadline quickly approaching, just about every team in the league is engaging in trade talks at some capacity.

For the Suns, their future lies in the hands of Devin Booker and rookie big man DeAndre Ayton. But this deadline, they may be willing to part with another one of their major pieces — for the right price.

While Oubre is far from being star-level player, he’s one of the league’s premier wing players. Averaging 18.5 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game on 44% shooting, he’s also one of the Suns’ top players this season.

At just 24-years-old, he is the type pf player a lot of teams would kill for in today’s NBA. In the trade market, Phoenix has no doubt set the price high. We’ll have to wait and see which teams are willing to pay it.

After a surprising start to the season, the Suns quickly flattened out, and now stand at just 20-30 on the year. Trading Oubre might be their chance to breathe some life into a struggling roster.
