NBA Rumors: Bucks, Clippers, And Heat Would Be Interested In John Wall If He Leaves The Rockets

John Wall has not yet played a game this season, as he’s been sitting out as the Rockets continue to try to find a trade for him. It has been abundantly clear that he hasn’t been the priority for the Houston Rockets this season. The Rockets have a young backcourt in Kevin Porter Jr. and Jalen Green who need playing time, and it makes sense that they would want to focus on their development.

The production from John Wall has been solid since he came back from injury, as he averaged 20.6 PPG and 6.9 APG last season, albeit inefficiently. It is possible that John Wall will be able to play better in a smaller role elsewhere, rather than being one of the main focal points for the Rockets’ offense last season.

The Houston Rockets and John Wall are currently working out a solution for his situation, with John Wall attempting to return and play for them. However, it seems as though the eventual goal for both parties is to move on from one another.

Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson has recently revealed that there are three teams who are “eyeing the situation” around John Wall and would have interest if the Rockets and Wall were to part ways. Those 3 teams are the Milwaukee Bucks, the Los Angeles Clippers, and the Miami Heat. (1:00)

They still have to find a trade partner, and nothing has become to fruition yet… Will the Rockets and Wall part ways? I’m told that if that happens there are 3 teams who are eyeing the situation, and that includes the Miami Heat, the Milwaukee Bucks, and the Los Angeles Clippers.

John Wall can still contribute, especially to a winning team. While he’s no longer the superstar he was with the Washington Wizards, he can still be a fantastic 3rd option and a point guard that facilitates well for his teammates.

It remains to be seen what happens with John Wall, and whether he’ll get traded or reach a buyout with the Rockets. Hopefully, we see him take the court soon, and many want to see John Wall play once again.
