Jimmy Butler recently went on Instagram and posted a video of his training during the offseason, and he took a few minutes to speak to his followers directly. He warned them to watch out for the Warriors’ big three this season, as he plans to leap into greatness this season.

“I’m on my way to being great, man. Robin, he’s gonna Robin the sh*t out of this moth**f***er this year. Batman is gonna do his job. Draymond’s a Batmobile, you know? He’s like the one who gets us where we need to go.”

“He does a little bit of everything. Shoot that thing, phew phew! *finger guns* Somebody’s shooting at us, he’s rolling over [and] protecting us. You know what I’m saying?”

“Golden State through, we’re on the way. We’re on the way, I’ll tell you that. Buddy was just here in China, too. I don’t know what the f**k for, but Buddy got some love out here.”

Stephen Curry and Buddy Hield both took to the comment section of the post to show their support for Butler and hype him up as his teammates.

” on the way,” wrote Curry.

” It’s bc they love a real one out there ,” wrote Hield.

Butler famously referred to himself as the ‘Robin’ to Stephen Curry’s ‘Batman’ in the 2024-25 Playoffs. While he hilariously battled Buddy Hield for the crown of ‘Robin’, he has hilariously found a new role for Draymond Green to fit the analogy.

All eyes are fixed on the Warriors as they are somehow the only team this offseason who are yet to make a significant change to their roster. Other than Kevon Looney, who left as a free agent, there have been no moves made on the roster this season.

The only major thorn in their side to make any moves this offseason has been Jonathan Kuminga. From excessive demands of both Kuminga and the Warriors, to players being kept off-limits in any trade, the saga has, on that end, also seemingly come to a conclusion that Kuminga will be forced to play for the Warriors next season as they begin his rehabilitation process.

It seems the Warriors are planning to run it back with their big three (Steph Curry, Draymond Green, and Jimmy Butler) and the key rotation pieces around them. Even Gary Payton is reportedly waiting for the Warriors to resolve their Jonathan Kuminga situation to sign a deal with them.

Butler signed a $121 million, two-year extension with the Warriors this offseason. He averaged 18.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 5.7 assists in the 41 games he played for the Warriors in 2024-25 (including Playoffs). Butler is hyped and locked in, months before the season even began.

Do you think the Warriors made the right choice to run it back with the same trio and the same rotation pieces? Or should they have moved Kuminga and facilitated multiple changes on their roster this offseason? Let us know what you think in the comments section.
