Patrick Beverley is making a lot of noise around the league right now. The Minnesota Timberwolves guard hasn’t stopped being under the spotlight ever since he was eliminated from the 2022 NBA playoffs in the first round.

Now he’s testing different waters, becoming an analyst for ESPN, already starring in controversies with his comments about Chris Paul and other superstars. He has received huge backlash for his remarks, but Beverley keeps going no matter what.

His blunders on live TV have become very famous, too, and that doesn’t seem to be the end for Bev. He was recently spotted playing pickup games in New York, spending time with other hoopers, and having some fun with them.

Beverley showed his credentials and scored a couple of baskets, including a game-winning 3-pointer that sealed the deal for his squad.

As usual, fans had something to say about this, joking about Beverley going to the park and annoying rivals like he does in the NBA.

That’s the last person you want to play at the park

No imagine playing pickup and HE guarding YOU

I’m not a fan of him but this is cool to see

Wasn’t he wearing white on first take the other day pat went hooping b4 the show

Bro definitely picked up his man full court

*Goes home and tweets how he’s better than everybody in the league, after winning a game at the park*

Idc who it is NBA players are in a different category

Cooking in Dior

Pat Bev and West 4th is a perfect match

Against park players hes Michael jordan lol

Im going 0/12, 0 rebounds, and 1 Steal… and telling the world I locked up Pay Bev…

Pulling up to West 4th street to play ball in all white, like you’re not in the NBA is legendary

Im willing to bet that he got a tech out there

Im hard fouling that dude every play

imagine the dude who had to give up his spot for Pat

Hoopers are going to hoop, and that’s exactly what Bev did. He’s spending time in New York during the 2022 NBA playoffs and isn’t missing time, cooking regular players while being on live TV every day. Even if you don’t like most of the things he does and says, this is something cool to see.
