The NBA has seen some incredible Halloween fits over this week, with players coming to games with costumes on or sharing their fits from parties. Paul George has put together a solid outfit, paying homage to the iconic ‘Where’s Waldo?’ books. However, fans realized that this outfit may lead to incredible social media slander if George has a bad performance in the playoffs.

The second George’s pick hit social media, fans knew that this would be perfect ammunition to hate on the star and the Clippers if they had another failed season.

The number of bookmarks skyrocketing shows that fans are saving this clip of George as Waldo to use whenever he messed up on the court, especially in the playoffs.

More fans questioned why the bookmark count was shooting up in the way that it was.

Everyone knew the consequences of that post the second they saw it, with some fans even daring George to have a bad game now.

A group of fans are already looking forward to being able to use this image of George when the Clippers get eliminated from the playoffs.

Some fans even think George has set himself up for some of the worst slander if he ever has a bad game again.

For anyone who hasn’t understood the joke yet, ‘Where’s Waldo?’ is a book/game where you try to spot a character called Waldo in a bustling scene. With George putting on the Waldo clothing, he’s bound to see this picture get photoshopped a million different ways, especially after he has a tough game.

We’re going to see a lot of ‘Where’s PG?’ posts this season, with that picture of George as Waldo being a centerpiece. Hopefully, that treatment doesn’t start as early as today as the Clippers host the young Orlando Magic.

The Clippers Are Once Again Expected To Be Title Contenders

After seeing their 2022/23 season end at the hands of injuries and an uncompetitive first-round playoff exit, the Clippers seemed to fall a step behind other contenders like the Nuggets, Suns, Lakers, and Warriors. However, this deal has put them as the second-best team in the West, according to many. If the Clippers are the second-best team in the West, they have to at least reach the Conference Finals.

The acquisition of James Harden has been a big difference, as the Clippers saw their championship odds shoot up after Harden was announced to be joining the franchise. All the injury concerns around the team are just as valid, but adding Harden gives them more star talent to help them get through the regular season and secure a possibly top-four seed.

With this being their final season at the Crypto.com Arena, the franchise will be motivated to get a championship this season and be able to unveil the banner on the opening night of their new stadium, the Intuit Dome. If it all goes right, the Clippers will look like geniuses. Unfortunately, there are more odds it fails than succeeds.

A big four of veterans past their prime will be a tough challenge, but they are not unbeatable. We can’t ascertain how good the Clippers are until we see the new-look roster play a few games, but they’ll hope they’re good enough to be among the best teams in the NBA. After all, now they have those expectations on their shoulders.
