“Saw Someone Call AD, ‘Anthony Day-To-Davis’ And Haven’t Eaten Or Slept Since”, Lakers Fan Worries After Another Anthony Davis Injury

Anthony Davis is going through tough times again after he picked another injury earlier this week. The Brow went up to grab a rebound and rolled his ankle when he landed, screaming in pain on the floor.

He left the arena on crutches, and the Lakers hoped it wasn’t a big deal. Initially, he was expected to miss two weeks of action, but the Lakers announced he will be out for at least four weeks before being re-evaluated.

This marks another injury in Davis’ career, where he’s gone through a lot of pain, unable to unlock his full potential with the Lakers. This isn’t good news for fans, and somebody made it clear they are deeply worried about the big man now that he picked another injury.

One Twitter user revealed a new nickname for The Brow while admitting that they are worried about the player’s well-being and how his career can continue after this.

“saw someone call AD “Anthony Day-to-Davis” and haven’t ate or slept since,” @lakeshowyo tweeted on Friday.

This is a tough one for Lakers’ fans. They have to see their second-best player come and go thanks to injuries, and it’s really frustrating for them. The Lakers were expected to become AD’s team once LeBron James started to slow down, which hasn’t happened yet.

That’s a good thing for the Purple and Gold, but having an injury-prone Davis as their leader won’t take them anywhere. AD has been linked with a move away from the Lakers in recent days, with teams like the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat looking like good alternatives to continue his career.

If he can come back healthy, ready to go, the Lakers will probably have that player that helped them in 2020. If not, it would be a good time to seek new opportunities in the association.
