• Shaquille O’Neal was stunned after hearing about xQc’s two-year $100 million streaming contract with Kick

• Shaq is interested in switching careers to play video games

• O’Neal is a beloved celebrity and could become a very popular streamer among fans

Shaquille O’Neal has branched into a lot of industries since retiring from the NBA in 2011. O’Neal owns several businesses that have contributed to his $400 million net worth.

But even the Diesel was shocked after hearing about streamer xQc’s recent two-year $100 million deal with Kick. O’Neal was stunned and expressed his desire to switch careers and become a streamer.

“They pay him $50 million just to play video games?” Shaq said on the Full Squad Gaming podcast. “So I can watch? Just watch him play video games? He is in trouble because I’m about to come after him. But what would I stream?”

Upon being told he could stream anything by the hosts, Shaq put on his thinking cap.

“I may have to look into that. But congratulations to the guy that signed a $100 million [deal], I’m happy for him.”

It’s fair to say that Shaquille O’Neal had no idea there was so much money in the streaming industry.

The NBA on TNT analyst has expressed a desire to branch into the streaming industry. Knowing O’Neal’s hilarious personality, it wouldn’t take much for him to become an instant success among the audience.

Shaquille O’Neal Has A Great Image

To become a successful streamer, having a great image is extremely important. After all, the fans may not engage in his content otherwise.

Speaking of which, Shaquille O’Neal perfectly checks out that requirement. So much so that the Los Angeles Lakers legend even avoids drinking in public to avoid bringing any trouble to his family.

“My father always used to tell me, ‘If you mess the money up, your mama ain’t gonna have no house, if you mess the money up, your mama ain’t going to eat. You the one. God has chosen you to get this family out of Brick City.’ I drink at the crib, but I’m not gonna drink on the show.”

As far as being hilarious is concerned, there aren’t many who can defeat Shaq in that regard. Fans have gotten used to seeing O’Neal’s hilarious side on NBA on TNT. Now they may get the same from him but on a streaming platform.
