Shaquille O’Neal Explains Why Michael Jordan Is The GOAT

1 Min Read

LeBron James, Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: who is the real GOAT? As the neverending debate continues to circulate online, many have chimed in with their own opinions.

While “The Last Dance” documentary has helped sway the conversation in MJ’s favor, many former and current stars have testified to Jordan’s greatness for years now. Shaq was one of the most recent stars to speak up on his behalf.

“[Michael Jordan] is definitely the greatest player. … You can’t say ‘I’m the greatest player,’ you have to let your peers and everyone else say who the greatest player is.”

Jordan’s resume is cut above the rest of them. He earned MVPs, Championships, gold medals, and several All-Star appearances en-route to dominating an entire decade. When it came to basketball, the guy was about as perfect as you can get.

Shaq isn’t the first one to call him the GOAT, either. Bird, Magic, Kareem, and countless others have already conceded that title to his Airness.

Really seems like MJ has checked every box.
