Stephen Curry received a very weird question on Wednesday night after leading the Golden State Warriors to a big win over the struggling Miami Heat. The player has gotten used to having big games in recent days and everybody wants to know how things have been for him at home.

The point guard had a terrific game against the Miami Heat, leading the Warriors’ comeback win against the Floridian team, who had a comfortable lead at some point in the game. Steph took care of things, as he’s been doing in recent days, and propelled his squad to a big win over an always dangerous team.

He finished the game with 25 points, including a dagger to close things out against the Heat, who finished the first half of the game with a 61-46 result. After the match was over, and knowing how great Curry played, one reporter, made a big question to him, trying to find out what happens between the superstar and his wife when he has big performances.

Reporter: Ayesha tweeted ‘dagger,’ how often do you guys talk after games, and what’s that relationship like after a big win like this?

Curry: That’s my wife, we talk all the time. Whatchu mean?

Reporter: I mean like how late is she up.

Curry: I hope she’s the first person I call after games.

Reporter: I mean, her being awake at like, you know, late hours. You getting kind of late, right?

Curry: Utmost respect for sure. You about to try to get me in trouble over here. Of course I talk to my wife.

It was a hilarious sequence and you could see in Curry’s face how confused he was with the questions. He ended it in a great fashion, confirming that he does talk to his wife. Steph hit a dagger against the Heat, continuing his good form this season, confirming he’s playing the best basketball of his career.
