If you’ve ever trained in basketball, you know there are some exercises that make your life really hard. You need to improve your physical condition as much as possible and certain drills are perfect for that. At the end of the day, it’s not only about shooting a basketball.

In recent hours, Instagram page Dunk shared one of the hardest drills to do on the court and fans really remembered some moments from the past. “Suicides” is one of those drills where everything needs to be perfect for anybody or your whole team will pay for the tiniest mistake.

Dunk shared a pic explaining the drill and plenty of fans reacted to it, always telling how hard it was to complete that.

There are variations of this exercise. Some coaches will require you to touch every line on the court with your hands, others will only try to see your speed when reaching those lines and more. If you have no idea what we’re talking about, current Utah Jazz head coach Quin Snyder made a video about this drill during his days with the Austin Toros.

This is indeed one of the hardest drills to do for a young basketball player. In some cases, if one player didn’t touch the line and took more time than the rest of his teammates, the whole team needed to re-do the drill. As Dunk said, this really brings flashbacks of our time at practice.
