NBA Twitter is always trying to make jokes about anything. Whenever something is wrong for a team or a player, they are there ready to deliver jokes in a great fashion. That’s why they have been making fun of Stephen Curry, blasting him for not leading the Golden State Warriors to have a good season.
That has been the common practice in the league but one fan took some shots at LeBron James when explaining the difference between the 2x NBA MVP and the 4x NBA champion. Twitter user @notguru_ wrote a very good joke on social media, explaining how it’d be like if Curry was like LeBron when things get hard.
He posted a picture of Stephen Curry wearing a Lakers jersey surrounded by James and Anthony Davis, making a reference to LeBron joining different teams during his career to win championships.

Of course, this sparked a debate of people defending Curry, others defending LeBron and the rest just making more jokes about Curry and his current situation.

Warriors fans trying way too hard to cope with the fact that they won’t seem the same level of success for a longgg time. The dynasty is over and as a blazers fan I am so glad to see it. You guys can bash on lebron all you want if it makes you feel better. Welcome to mediocrity.

Lebron would win with the roster Curry has today. He's played with worse and done more. Curry is proving what most of us already knew, the unanimous MVP was B.S. Pre-KD they had the deepest team and 4 allstars. With KD they became unstoppable in a 7 game series.

Lebrons legacy is tainted with all the trades he forced and his passive aggressiveness. Jordan and Kobe had real all time great mentalities

Lebron is the one whose unfairly judged by rings only, Steph will never be. He can go the rest of his career, not win a thing, & still be (rightly) revered as one of the greatest of his generation. Bron never had that luxury so I can’t kill him for wanting to win at all costs

Drafted drafted free agency drafted…

This will always be a controversial topic. Curry is struggling to get good results with the Warriors and that will earn him criticism until he finds a way to turn things around.
