Danny Green May Have Leaked Anthony Davis Huge Signing With Lakers On Instagram

Danny Green has gotten used to reacting to the moves around the NBA, especially those involving his former teammates. Green has demonstrated he’s a great teammate congratulating everybody for their new deals, even the ones that haven’t signed anything yet. That is what happened with Anthony Davis, who is yet to sign a contract extension with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Well, Green went ahead of himself, AD and the Lakers when he congratulated the Brown on Instagram, possibly leaking the big deal AD is about to sign with the purple and gold. AD opted out of his contract this season to ‘hit’ free agency. He is expected to return to the Lakers but wants to take some time before making a final decision. Green, in this case, was the one that couldn’t wait and took to IG to congratulate his buddy.

He quickly deleted the story, sparking a lot of reactions from fans across the league, who are expecting to see what kind of deal Davis is going to sign with the Lakers. He just won his first NBA championship in October and is ready to run it back with the Lakers, who are having a terrific offseason. Re-signing Davis will be the cherry on the top for Rob Pelinka and the Lakers’ front office.

Green isn’t part of the team anymore after he was sent to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Dennis Schroder move, before being shipped to Philadelphia to join the 76ers. Danny has demonstrated he is a great guy and even though the Lakers fans weren’t happy with his performances during the bubble, he has nothing against them or the team.

As for AD, he’s reportedly waiting to see how the team will look next season to sign his contract. To be honest, it would be crazy to see him signing with another team after the magic offseason the Lakers are having.
