Iman Shumpert isn’t part of the NBA right now, but this man keeps entertaining fans while the league is in a hiatus. During a recent interview with VladTV, Shumpert talked about former teammates Carmelo Anthony and LeBron James, but he also discussed some personal matters during his appearance.
For instance, he revealed he and his wife, Teyana Taylor, traded a list of the celebrities they had sex with. This happened when their relationship was in its early stages, but it’s still interesting to see what Iman did and why he decided to exchange his list.
“I was way more aggressive,” Iman admitted. “I was young. I moved a certain way and it wasn’t for her yet. We wasn’t in alignment.”
The guard explained he wanted her wife to be aware of the things she could find about his husband, given his career.
“She works in a field of… She’s gon’ have to run into these people,” he said. “It wasn’t like, I gave a list of a girl in 3B type of thing. It wasn’t like that. It was just like, we going to this place and she may have to mingle with X, Y, and Z.”
“I don’t want no girl looking at you like she [had me first]. I want her aware of what’s going on so if a girl give her something too smart or slick, she know where it’s coming from and she don’t have to react.”
Further, he said Teyana also admitted she had a little fun here and there. This is a curious thing to do with your partner, but Shumpert only wanted to make sure she wasn’t caught off guard.
The 29-year-old was waived by the Nets in December and it’s still looking for a new opportunity in the association. He has found his name in a lot of news, though, after making some big statements in recent days.
