When Bradley Beal signed his 2-year, $78 million extension this past October, it kept him out of free agency and with the lowly Washington Wizards for at least a few more seasons.
It has only taken him a couple of months for him to reach his breaking point.
In a report by David Aldridge, Beal reportedly showed max frustration and anger following the team’s 112-106 loss to the Bulls on Thursday, vowing to continue his tirade until something changed.

As our Fred Katz duly noted from Chicago on Wednesday, Bradley Beal’s pique after his team’s 115-106 loss to the Bulls was real. Really real. A source who was also there told me Thursday that Beal was as angry with and emotional about his team as he’s ever been since being drafted by the Wizards in 2012.
Beal, ominously, said postgame that the frustration he felt Wednesday will continue to build “until we starting winning and changing our culture.”
Beal’s frustration do not point to him wanting out. His use of “we” and “our” indicate that he wants his team to win, not necessarily that he wants to win with another team.
Even if he did want out, that 2-year extension makes it highly improbable that the Wizards would even consider a trade.
Either way, Bradley’s feelings are understandable. Losers of three straight, Washington is 13th in the East with a 13-28 record. Frankly, there isn’t much anyone can do to change that.
But maybe next year, with new pieces and a healthy John Wall. they can finally begin their long-anticipated turnaround.
