• Kyrie Irving has shared a fantastic message on his Instagram

• He shared a clip encouraging people to chase freedom instead of money, success, or dreams

• Irving has been regularly sharing thought-provoking messages with his fans in the offseason

Kyrie Irving is a player that yearns to live a more modernized and individual lifestyle where he can live the way he wants without outside criticism. While that is likely not possible in today’s social media world, he shared a message to his Instagram followers, encouraging them to always chase freedom before money, success, or dreams.

Kyrie Irving

“Some people chase money, some people chase dreams., some people chase fantasies, I choose freedom, fam. I wanna stretch my hands and feel no walls. I wanna stand as tall as I possibly can and be as far from the ceiling as possible. I’m chasing freedom.”

Irving has said a lot of interesting things over the summer. He’s gotten honest about his legacy, broken down iconic highlights for fans to better understand the game, and even discussed LeBron James’ greatness.

We have a long season ahead of us, but it seems Irving is in a good place after securing a three-year, $127 million contract this offseason.

Kyrie Irving Will Silence Doubters On The Court

Fans of the Mavericks have been through an ordeal over the end of the 2022-23 regular season. Their team collapsed out of the playoffs, had to tank the last two games of the season and wonder whether they’ll lose Kyrie to the Lakers a few months after trading for him.

Irving and the Mavs agreed on a contract that would make both sides happy. Even with the lack of a market for Irving outside Dallas, the Mavs did the right thing by keeping the star happy. He earned it with his numbers, averaging 27.0 points, 6.0 assists, and 5.0 rebounds in 20 appearances for Dallas last season.

The team has made strong defensive additions to the team this summer and hopes to return to the playoffs. Luka Doncic looks to be in the best shape of his career, while Kyrie seems happy for the first time in years. They have the ingredients to return to contention after a horrible outcome last season.
