Brandon Miller has a curious selection for the NBA GOAT. Ahead of the 2023 NBA Draft, the Alabama alumni answered a series of questions, including who he considers the greatest player to set foot on the court.

Talking about the greatest player of all time, Miller dismissed both LeBron James and Michael Jordan, picking none other than Paul George as the best of the best.

“I actually don’t think LeBron is the GOAT of basketball,” he said when talking about Michael Jordan and LeBron James in the GOAT convo. “My GOAT of basketball is Paul George, who I grew up watching. So, it’s never just LeBron.”

This has to be one of the most unique selections when it comes to the GOAT convo, but nobody can change his mind. Miller is young, and most young players believe LeBron James is the greatest of all time.

However, things are different for him, who grew up watching Paul George playing for the Indiana Pacers, Oklahoma City Thunder and now the Los Angeles Clippers. PG13 is one of the best players of his generation and he’s made an impact on the younger players. Sometimes too much, as he did with Miller.

Brandon Miller Appears To Be On His Way To Charlotte

Meanwhile, Miller is getting ready for the 2023 NBA Draft, where he’s expected to be the No. 2 or No. 3 overall pick on the big night. The Charlotte Hornets appear to be favoring a move for him this Thursday, especially after he impressed Michael Jordan during his private workouts.

Miller is set to enter the NBA and change his life after exceeding with Alabama. The small forward averaged 18.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in 37 games, shooting 43.0% from the field and 38.4% from 3-point range.

Between him and Scoot Henderson, the Hornets have a big decision to make. It’ll come down to Michael Jordan to select the next big star for this team.
