The 2023 NBA Finals are all set to begin soon between the Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets. There are many layers to this series, including a few feuds that can be reignited.

Kyle Lowry and Aaron Gordon will be the two players that’ll be kept on close watch by the fans. The two stars initially got into it during the 2020 NBA Bubble following a hard foul by Lowery on Gordon. Gordon took a scary fall and responded to Lowry with an NSFW message.

Aaron Gordon exited the game due to a hamstring injury following the foul by Lowry. It played a role in the Orlando Magic’s 99-109 loss vs. the Toronto Raptors. The defeat robbed the Magic of a chance to clinch a spot in the 2020 playoffs.

Now, three years later, the two stars will face off against each other in the postseason. Gordon is currently a member of the Denver Nuggets. On the other hand, Lowry plays for the Miami Heat.

The Denver Nuggets Are The Favorites To Win The 2023 NBA Finals

The Miami Heat have gone through an extremely hard road to reach the 2023 NBA Finals. While the Heat clinched a spot on the biggest stage in the NBA with a hard-fought seven-game series vs. the Boston Celtics, the Denver Nuggets comfortably swept the Los Angeles Lakers.

Speaking of the two teams, the Heat should be concerned about playing the Nuggets in the NBA Finals. After all, the Jimmy Butler-led side have lost all but one game in their last five seasons’ matchup.

Despite being the clear underdog in the series, the Heat’s Gabe Vincent believes the Nuggets should fear his team.

The Heat have been doubted by the media and fans throughout the playoffs. But they have proven them wrong each time. Can the Heat do that once again? Well, we will find out over the next few weeks.
