Replacing Patrick Beverley with a dynamic scorer like Irving could instantly make this team a playoff contender. Russell Westbrook could also make a difference to the team with his distribution and defense, and he has gotten his fair share of hate.
Kevin Durant, who some people have never forgiven for joining the 73-9 Golden State Warriors, would be the ideal replacement for Dillon Brooks or Ben Simmons. That team as constructed would struggle to score, but a roster of the 10-15 most hated players in the NBA would certainly have a shot at winning a championship.
