Joel Embiid is one of the most famous topics in the NBA right now after he secured the 2023 NBA MVP award.

The big man received a lot of praise and also a couple of jokes after this year’s recipient was announced. James Harden made some jokes about Joel, but the Beard also had a surprise for his teammate.

Footage surfaced showing Harden giving Embiid a big gift. The guard bought a Rolex for the big man in an incredible gesture.

The watch has ‘23 MVP’ engraved on the back to top it off. It’s pretty clear that Harden appreciates Embiid and loves playing with him. Amid all the rumors of a potential exit from Philadelphia, the 2018 MVP keeps showing that he’s committed to the 76ers and doesn’t hesitate to support his teammates.

They have a big chance to make a deep playoffs run this season, and seeing the chemistry this team is showing, they may have a big chance at the championship.

Joel Embiid Is Playing In Game 2 vs. Boston Celtics

Following Harden’s impressive performance against the Boston Celtics in Game 1 of their second-round series, the Sixers have welcomed Joel Embiid back. The center is ready to go off on the C’s and dominate them as he did back in April, dropping 52 on them.

This series is about to get more interesting with Embiid on the court. The Sixers could go back home with a 2-0 advantage and their best player ready to roll. The Celtics will try to even the series today and wait for their chance to recover home-court advantage once they go to Philadelphia.

Embiid hasn’t played since Game 3 of the first-round series against the Brooklyn Nets. He will be hungry to win and put the Celtics in an uncomfortable position. If that happens, the Sixers will be ready to seal the deal at home.
