Point guard Patrick Beverley is one of the best defensive guards in the NBA, and there’s no question that he’s a solid role player. He has helped the Chicago Bulls get better as a team, and they are 8-4 with him on the court.

Aside from his on-court ability, Patrick Beverley is also a player that generally speaks his mind on any topic and often shares tidbits about his experience in the NBA. Recently, he revealed that he doesn’t have sex with his wide before games, as he wants to have fresh legs.

“I don’t have sex night before games,” he said ” want to have fresh — you know what I’m saying? Wifey gon’ kill me, though.”

This is definitely a wild revelation from Patrick Beverley, and this is definitely not something one expects to hear about on a podcast. However, it does make sense, as he clearly doesn’t want to waste any energy ahead of important games.

As of right now, Patrick Beverley is averaging 6.4 PPG, 3.1 RPG, and 2.6 APG this season. The Chicago Bulls will need him to continue providing elite defense and leadership down the stretch, and we’ll see what happens in the future.

Patrick Beverley Explained Why Chicago Bulls Fans Are Better Than The Los Angeles Lakers Fans

It definitely seems as though Patrick Beverley is doing better on the Chicago Bulls than he was on the Los Angeles Lakers. There’s a lot of media and fan pressure in Los Angeles, and Beverley recently explained why Bulls fans are better than Lakers fans.

“I play a bad game with Chicago, I ain’t gotta look on Twitter and hear, ‘he’s a bum, get him outta here!’ Like I was hearing that sh*t in L.A.”

There’s no doubt that we see a large number of Lakers fans criticize their players after every game. Part of that is due to the fact that the fanbase is simply used to winning, which is why they have high expectations for everyone on the roster, including their role players. With that being said, it is clear that some of the criticism should be turned down, as, at times it can get offensive. Patrick Beverley was clearly not a fan of the environment, and he already stated that he wants to knock the Lakers out of the playoff push.

It remains to be seen if the Chicago Bulls will end up making the playoffs in the future. They definitely have a solid chance of doing so, and they are currently the 10th seed in the Eastern Conference.
