LeBron James is well known for using his platforms to send messages. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar is well outspoken and doesn’t hesitate to voice his opinion when he feels something isn’t right.

Whenever he wants to express something, James takes to social media and recently, the 4x NBA champion seemingly took some shots with a cryptic message. In the aftermath of the Minnesota Timberwolves blowing out the Lakers for the second time this season, and Anthony Davis sustaining a knee injury, Bron took to Instagram to send a message.

It’s unclear if he was aiming at a specific person, but The King went off on fake people, claiming that is so normal to be a liar that people get mad when somebody is being honest.

“Fake has become so acceptable that people get offended when you keep it real,” James wrote Saturday night.

This is a strong message and plenty of fans and celebrities reacted to it, agreeing with LeBron’s sentiment.

The world is a dark place sometimes and many people try to take advantage of that. James is trying to help people with these messages, and many folks are grateful to him.

In recent weeks, Enes Kanter Freedom has called him out for not raising his voice against the Chinese government, with LeBron saying he wouldn’t give his energy to the Boston Celtics player.

This could be an indirect response to Freedom’s words towards him. Still, this is only speculation. Perhaps this is just LeBron telling people to be real and to not deceive anybody. Kept it real always and you’ll be fine in life.
