Following his trade to the Miami Heat, Andre Iguodala’s days in Golden State are likely over. As he closes out the final chapter of his career in alien territory, he recently reflected on his time with the Warriors, nothing Steph Curry’s unanimous MVP win as his favorite All-Time memory with the franchise.
“People don’t know the hard work he puts in. I think they know but they don’t know. I think he was a little bit overlooked. Players across the league didn’t quite respect it but when they saw it, it was beautiful seeing it,” the former Warriors winger shared.”

Curry was the first (and only) player in league history to win a unanimous MVP. As he led his team to a record 73-win game season, he averaged 30.1 points and 6.7 assists on 45% shooting from beyond the arc.
It was a historic performance and one that Iggy had a first-hand experience in watching.
In total, Iguodala won three Championships with the Dubs as a two-way veteran. He achieved unprecedented success with the team and it won’t be something he’ll ever forget. It was awesome hearing him recall just one of what must be a long list of awesome moments.
