Andre Iguodala Reveals Who Is The Better Shooter Between Klay Thompson And Steph Curry

At this point, it’s no secret that the Golden State Warriors house the greatest shooting backcourt in basketball history.

But between the two of them, who is the better shooter?

While most would say Curry, Andre Iguodala gave us a different perspective on the issue during the latest episode of The Old Man & The Three.

“In terms of shooting — the only thing about Klay is he’ll get bored,” said the former Warriors Finals MVP. “Like in a shooting contest, he’ll get bored. So people are like, ‘Who’s a better shooter: Steph or Klay?’ It depends on if Klay wants to go play with his dog or not. That’s just typical Klay.”

Many have had fun with this thought experiment in the past. And since Curry is the 2x MVP, it seems he’ll always hold the title as the world’s best shooter.

But Klay isn’t that far behind and, according to Iguodala, could even be right up there with him when he’s focused and in the zone.

After suffering an ACL tear in the 2020-2021 offseason, Klay Thompson is set to make his return next season. And while nobody is sure what to expect when he comes back, don’t be surprised if his shooting picks up right where it left off.
