Giannis Antetokounmpo has finally cleared the air and is staying with the Milwaukee Bucks, his first team in the NBA. The Greek player has been linked with plenty of rumors in recent times but he’s finally decided he wants to continue his career in Wisconsin.

Giannis first announced he was staying in Milwaukee before reports saw the light breaking down his contract, which is the largest deal in NBA history. He will remain with the Bucks for the next five years.

“This is my home, this is my city.. I’m blessed to be able to be a part of the Milwaukee Bucks for the next 5 years. Let’s make these years count. The show goes on, let’s get it. ” Giannis wrote on Twitter.

The Greek Freak didn’t have his fate defined until now. Plenty of teams were waiting on his decision to continue or not with the Bucks and now he’s made up his mind. Of course, this doesn’t mean he couldn’t leave the next season but the Bucks have secured not losing him for nothing if he decides to call it quits with the team.
