The NBA offseason isn’t done yet, but the Chicago Bulls are gearing up for the next season playing five preseason games for the 2023-24 season.

The Bulls announced their preseason schedule, which sees them play three games at the United Center, two road games at the Fiserv Forum, and the Ball Arena.

They open their preseason skirmish on Sunday, October 8 against the Milwaukee Bucks followed by two games against the Nuggets, one against the Toronto Raptors, and the last one against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The past season was a disappointment for the Bulls as they failed to make the postseason. They battled for the 8th seed against the Miami Heat but lost the contest leading to an early exit from the tournament.

It’s likely that the Bulls might be without Zach LaVine for the 2023-24 season, given the rumors surrounding his trade. It was reported that the Blazers and the Sixers were early teams in conversation with the guard, and only time will tell if he suits up with the Bulls in October.

The Chicago Bulls Look Wobbly At The Moment

Nikola Vucevic returned to a new three-year, $60 million contract, so he will be a part of the Bulls, but the same can’t be said for LaVine and DeRozan. The latter can enter the free-agent market and or even request a trade ahead of the trade deadline should things go south for the Bulls.

LaVine and DeRozan will be the focus, especially if the former gets traded. The Bulls’ future looks shaky, and maybe their performances in the preseason will be an indicator of how their team is shaping up for the regular 82-game season.
