Damian Lillard Responds To NBA Fan Who Needs 42 Wins From The Trail Blazers Or He Will Lose His House

2 Min Read

It looks like Damian Lillard is getting some extra motivation to face the remainder of the 2020/21 NBA season. The Portland Trail Blazers point guard recently learned of a fan that bet his house on the Trail Blazers winning 42 games this season.

The job won’t be easy but Lillard is ready for the challenge. He still needs to take his team to the postseason and the next couple of matches are crucial for those aspirations. One fan took to Twitter to ask him about his injury, revealing that he bet his house on the Blazers winning 42 games this season.

The player took things seriously and gave him a 2-word response that made fans believe it’s Dame Time again.

“Say less,” the All-Star replied.

There are 16 games left on the Blazers’ calendar and they can reach the goal. But, they will have to face big teams in the West and the East. This must be one of the hardest stretches in the league and if they manage to survive this, Dame would have a better case for the MVP award and one fan will keep his house, at least until the next season.

Things are about to get heated for the team and its fans. We are in the final stretch of the season and Lillard is ready to take care of business. The Utah Jazz, Phoenix Suns, Los Angeles Clippers, Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers are waiting for Dame and co. while the Boston Celtics and Brooklyn Nets are ready to challenge the player, too.
