The Houston Rockets are not as favorites as the Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks, or Los Angeles Clippers, but they know they have a good chance to make some noise when the NBA returns. They made some ‘uncommon’ moves during the season and now it’s the time to see if the management made the right decisions.

According to Daryl Morey, GM of the team, the Rockets shouldn’t have any problem winning the title this year since they have ‘two of the greatest players ever’. During an interview on FS1’s First Thing First, Morey accepted there was pressure for the Rockets, but having Westbrook and Harden together should be enough for them.

“Basketball pressure wise, yeah, it’s a lot,” Morey said, via SpaceCityScoop. “Two of the greatest players ever on our team, we should win this thing.”

A lot of things were said about Russ and Harden before the start of the campaign. Seeing their styles of play, several fans believed they were going to have problems on the court, but none of that has happened so far. When Harden has been off, Westbrook has carried the team and vice versa.

Contrary to what everybody thought, they have complemented each other and now every Rockets fan is expecting them to lead the team to win a championship. However, the competition will be extremely hard, but Morey is confident in his team.
