Former President Donald Trump is a man that simply cannot resist saying incredibly controversial things. Throughout his presidential campaigns and his tenure and at most events since then, Trump has been known to say incredibly harsh and demeaning things about the people he does not like. And one of the more prominent figures that Trump has beefed with is none other than LeBron James.

James has been a strong voice when it comes to advocating for social justice and inclusion for marginalized groups in America, including his community. And this has often seen him deride Trump for his policies and the things he says on social issues. This has earned him Trump’s scorn, the former president has called him a b***h in the past as well as implying that Bron could change his gender.

His latest provocation towards James are along the same lines, where he insinuated that if LeBron wanted to undergo a sex change, then he would want him on his team. This happened at a rally in Nebraska when Trump was talking about transgender athletes in sports.

“I’ll say this to LeBron James who I don’t like very much. I’ll say, ‘LeBron, did you ever have thoughts about going woman? Because if you did I’d love to have you on my basketball team.’” – President Trump 🇺🇸#TrumpRally pic.twitter.com/05Gy4j1XO7

“I’ll say this to LeBron James who I don’t like very much. I’ll say, ‘LeBron, did you ever have thoughts about going woman? Because if you did I’d love to have you on my basketball team.’”

LeBron is unlikely to respond to this provocation, he hasn’t responded quite a few times in the past, but this continued one-sided feud is sure to be getting on the King’s nerves. With his Lakers not making it to the postseason, he does have the time to emphatically respond to Trump once and for all if he wants to.

James has his share of people that love him and people that hate him, as does any individual at the top of their field, so this isn’t a new experience for him by any means. His name is valuable and it garners attention, so this likely won’t be the last time that Donald Trump goes at LeBron James either.
