Donovan Mitchell Jokingly Calls Out Teammates: ‘This New Generation… Not Even Workin’…”

2 Min Read

Donovan Mitchell is ready to get his revenge in the 2021/22 NBA season and is already hitting the gym. The Utah Jazz star is on a mission for the next campaign, trying to keep in shape this summer. However, not everybody on the team follows him, and Mitchell isn’t having that.

The shooting guard recently shared a video “dissing” teammates for not putting to work at the gym. While he was going at it, the rest of them were looking at their phones, not even paying attention to Spida.

“Not even working… New generation… Not even working,” he said while shaking his head.

This could be a good thing for the Jazz, though. Mitchell has been linked with an exit from the team in recent days, but he’s getting ready for the next season, trying to improve what they did this one.

The Jazz finished with the best record in the league and looked set to make it to the Western Conference Finals until Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Terance Mann stopped them in the second round of the playoffs.

They must know the job won’t be easier next season. Plenty of players will return from injuries, and teams will make moves to improve their level. Of course, the Jazz will try to do the same, but nothing guarantees they will have a similar or better season than this one.
