NBA veteran Dwight Howard is all set to make his 3rd return to the Staples Center. The Lakers clearly missed the 8x All-Star, especially on the defensive end.
Howard is one of the few players to play in two different eras of the Lakers organization. The 3x DPOY has donned the purple and gold uniform with Kobe Bryant as well as LeBron James.
During his 2 seasons with the franchise, Howard averaged 12.5 PPG, 10.0 RPG, and 1.8 BPG on a 61.7% shooting from the field and 36.7% from the 3-point line.
Something not very known to the public eye is Howard’s great sense of humor. The former NBA champion is often seen in a jovial mood, making fun of his teammates and rivals.
In a recent video gone viral on social media, Howard can be seen imitating former NBA players, such as Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley. The 35-year old didn’t even spare 3x Superbowl champion and Undisputed analyst Shannon Sharpe.

One cannot help but take notice of Howard’s perfection in imitating the above personalities. However, the former dunk contest champion couldn’t help but talk about Shaquille O’Neal. The two Orlando Magic players have a lot of bad blood between them.
It all began with Howard being addressed as superman following his dunk contest, a term that was always associated with Shaq.
This was not the only time the two big men collided, following the Lakers 2020 Championship of which Howard was a part.
Shaq was seen throwing shots at Howard, via SB Nation:
There’s a lot on players on their little Instagram bragging like they was the reason they got the championship. I’m not going to say any names. Sit your ass down, you didn’t do nothing. Stop that. Post one pic and sit your ass down.
However, Howard has always maintained he holds no grudge against Big Diesel, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with the latter, who has always despised him.
