Even after winning his first NBA championship, Giannis Antetokounmpo is still hungry for more. He’s already a 2x NBA MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, Finals MVP, and NBA champion, yet The Greek Freak is looking for more.

That’s what made several players great. Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and even LeBron James had the same mentality as Giannis. They always looked for more and new challenges, and the Milwaukee Bucks are really grateful to have that type of player.

Something else that Jordan, Bryant, James, and more players had in common was the ease to dominate rivals and impose their will on the court. Giannis has a lot of that and recently, Jamal Crawford made a bold statement about the player and those who played in prior eras.

During Wednesday’s episode of NBA Hooper Vision via the NBA League Pass, J-Crossover claimed that he never saw a player as dominant as Antetokounmpo.

“I’m not sure I could remember a player in the 90s or anything who was similar to him. It’s amazing to watch how the game’s evolved.”

Some could say Shaquille O’Neal was as or more dominant as Giannis, but Shaq was a menace at the paint. Antetokounmpo has handles, can run the offense, is a good passer, and has a longer range than Shaq. He’s full-court dominant while O’Neal had his spot and took the maximum advantage of that.

Just like Crawford, other former players have praised Giannis’ domination, including Kendrick Perkins, who put him above Shaq as the most dominant player ever. The Greek Freak remains humble and always says he’s not the best yet, but more and more figures state he’s up there with the greatest in terms of dominance.

After a slow start to the season, the Bucks have picked up the pace, boasting a 14-8 record, ranking 4th in the Eastern Conference, showing they’re not done yet. Giannis averages 27.6 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 6.0 assists per game in 21 matches with the Bucks.
