James Harden has an uncertain future, and the one franchise looking for more star power is the one that recently acquired Kevin Durant, the Phoenix Suns

There have been some whispers that Harden might team up with Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, but those have now been shut down. Phoenix radio host John Gambadoro has responded certainly to all the speculation.

“Can we stop with these ridiculous James Harden reports,” he tweeted. “There is a zero percent chance this would happen. ZERO!”

James Harden’s departure from Brooklyn was far from perfect and if reports are to be believed, he had a rocky relationship with Durant. After Harden left Brooklyn, there were rumors that he and KD clashed many times while being teammates on the Nets. And on top of that, James Harden seemingly took a shot at Durant after he too left the Brooklyn Nets

In terms of fit, James Harden could work perfectly alongside Devin Booker and Kevin Durant. He would add a bit of scoring punch while maintaining the same level of playmaking that Chris Paul brings to the table. But there’s no way that Durant and Harden will be okay sharing a dressing room again.

James Harden Is Reportedly Considering Choosing Between The 76ers And The Rockets

The Beard has a lot of thinking to do when it comes to where he will go next. Some have claimed that Harden is no longer the main guy or the alpha he once was. But he surely still possesses the same skills that took him to that level. This makes him a lucrative option for teams, but while there are suitors, he is reportedly torn between his current team and his former team

“I really think that he’s torn with the prospect of staying in Philadelphia or moving on to Houston potentially and returning back to his home and that’s where his roots are, his family’s there.

“Of course, they’ve got upwards of $60, they could make even more money available, close to $70 million in cap space so they’re going to have a ton of money. I think this is a team in Houston where I do believe they’re going to be aggressive in the marketplace.”

The Houston Rockets could give Harden a massive contract, and he was with the organization for nine years, giving him in-depth knowledge of how it functions. Playing with the young Rockets would also allow Harden to be the main man again and they could use his 21 points and 10.7 assists per game to help them become contenders once more.
