What happens when a savage like Jimmy Butler and a player constantly left hanging out meet? Well, things get awkward and somehow funny.

That’s what happened after the New York Knicks beat the Miami Heat on Wednesday, and Josh Hart tried to greet Jimmy Butler, but the Heat’s star completely ignored his colleague.

Butler is a very competitive player who doesn’t hesitate to call out others, or act like they don’t even exist, which is what happened with Hart. The other one is a hustler who is unintentionally funny, and this was another proof of that.

In the end, the Knicks won the game 101-92, establishing themselves as the 5th best team in the Eastern Conference and showing that they can be a threat in the short future.

Miami Heat And New York Knicks Keep Fighting For A Playoff Spot

These two teams are still trying to clinch a playoff spot. As things stand right now, it’s only a matter of time before the Knicks secure their participation in the 2023 playoffs. Right now, they boast a 44-33 record, showing big improvement since the start of the season.

Jalen Brunson and Julius Randle have done a terrific job leading this team this season, and a top-5 finish isn’t the best they can do, considering that the Cleveland Cavaliers are not so far away from them.

As for the Heat, they own the 7th position in the East right now, and after the loss to the Knicks, they’re 40-37 for the season, 1.5 games away from the Brooklyn Nets. They are a very dangerous team, especially when the end of the regular season approaches

The East is having an interesting race for the rest of the playoffs spots, and the Heat will try to get out of play-in tournament positions and get close to teams like the Knicks and Cavaliers.

The final stretch of the season will be very entertaining, and many teams will try to get things done as soon as they can to start the postseason the best way.
