The Denver Nuggets stunned the Los Angeles Lakers after taking Game 3 at the Crypto.com Arena.

It was a comfortable 119-108 victory for the Nuggets. Nikola Jokic was phenomenal, as usual. Following the impressive win, Jokic’s brothers trolled long-time Lakers fan and Hollywood legend Jake Nicholson.

“See you next year!”

Strahinja and Nemanja Jokic have always supported their brother during important games of his career. Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals was one such game as well.

They might very well be, the Joker’s lucky charm as the Nuggets became the first team to defeat the Purple and Gold at home in the 2023 NBA playoffs.

Nikola Jokic Is Worried About LeBron James Ahead Of Game 4

The Denver Nuggets hold a commanding 3-0 lead in the series ahead of the potentially series-deciding Game 4.

Considering the fact that the Nuggets haven’t had any real issues in dealing with the Lakers so far in the series, one would assume that Nikola Jokic would be confident about his team winning Game 4. But Jokic isn’t getting ahead of himself and is worried about LeBron James ahead of the next game.

“I mean, to be honest, I’m not going to say that I’m scared, but I’m worried because they have LeBron on the other side, and he is capable of doing everything,” Jokic said. “We’re going to come here with the same mindset, same focus, and I think that’s going to put us in a situation to win a game.”

LeBron James is one of the best playoffs performer of all time. Keeping that in mind, a LeBron-led team can never be counted out until the series is over.

James has averaged 23.7 PPG, 9.3 RPG, and 10.3 APG over three games vs. the Nuggets. These are great numbers for a 38-year-old, but still not enough to help the Lakers in dominating the Nuggets.

Will fans see a nuclear scoring performance from James in Game 4? Well, we will find out very soon.
