Khris Middleton Looked A Lot Like Kobe During The All-Star Game And People Are Freaking Out

1 Min Read

The 2020 All-Star game was full of memorable moments. And at the heart of the successful weekend was a memorial to Kobe Bryant, who lost his life in a nine victim helicopter crash in Southern California.

The league took a number of steps to honor Kobe and Gianna, including new rule changes, assigning the numbers 2 and 24 to each team, and re-naming the All-Star MVP to the Kobe Bryant award.

LeBron James and others said they felt Kobe’s “presence” in the game but some thought they saw the Mamba himself that night. Donning the number 24, Middleton looked a lot like Kobe on Sunday and had a lot of people fooled.

From the back, if you squint your eyes, it almost looked like Kobe was out there balling. But, of course, it was just Khris Middleton wearing Kobe’s number.

Overall, the weekend was a success. Kobe and Gianna would be proud of the festivities, but especially the hard-fought ending between both teams in the fourth quarter of the main game.
