Kyrie Irving Is Confident Of The Nets Big 3: “You Guys Know How Great We Are As Individuals. We’re All-World Players.”

Kyrie Irving isn’t worried about haters and people that are constantly criticizing him, James Harden and Kevin Durant. The Brooklyn Nets assembled a Big 3 when Harden landed from Houston in January but they’ve only played eight games together.

As the playoffs approach, Steve Nash will have the job to find chemistry between his three best players to try to win in a very competitive Eastern Conference. Many people are waiting to see what the Big 3 will do this postseason but Kyrie isn’t bothered about that.

He knows he plays alongside two of the best players in the league, and that can make things a lot easier for them and the rest of the team. In a season where they’ve been heavily criticized, Irving is just waiting to show everybody what they’re capable of.

“It seems like a factor if everyone keeps bringing it up in their observance of us,” Irving said, via Greg Logan of Newsday. “I don’t really care… You guys know how great we are as individuals. We’re all-world players. We’ve just got to go out there and just find a flow and stick to it. Just have some fun and do what we do.”

The competition will get a lot harder for the Nets now. Steve Nash and co. will face the Boston Celtics in the first round. After that, they will go against either the Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat. Finally, if things go well for them, the Philadelphia 76ers will probably be their last matchup before the NBA Finals.

They have all the offensive tools to succeed in this campaign, but the most significant doubt about this team is their defense. They can go against big players like Giannis Antetokounmpo and Joel Embiid, two stars who aren’t easy to stop.

Still, the Nets have the talent to outscore every team in the league. If their defense isn’t working, they can rely on Irving, Harden and Durant to unlock games.
