The Lakers Are The Only Team In The Entire NBA With 2 Top 10 Players This Year

2 Min Read

With the return of the NBA season in the works, teams and players all around the league are preparing. The Lakers are no exception and some of their best players were spotted riding their bikes around downtown L.A.

Soon, however, their run for a title will resume, and they are all out of excuses. With health on their side and some extra rest to help their push for the postseason, now might be their best chance to win.

But, of course, the fact that they’ve got two of the NBA’s top ten players is their biggest advantage. LeBron James and Anthony Davis are, clearly, the NBA’s best duo.

Even at 35-years-old, LeBron is amongst the best in the league. This season, he’s averaging 25.7 points, 10.6 assists, and 7.9 rebounds per game on 49.8% shooting. For his career, he’s a 16x All-Star and 4x MVP.

As for Davis, his skillset as a two-way big man is unmatched. He is one of the most versatile power forwards in basketball with an average of 26.7 points, 9.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game on 51% shooting. He is dominant both inside and on the perimeter.

Needless to say, the Lakers have all the makings of a Championship team. All out of excuses and their Championship window narrowing, it’s clear that now is the time for them to secure their Championship.
