Even at 36-years-old, LeBron James is capable of extraordinary things.

Tonight, mid-way through the second quarter of LA’s match with the Rockets, King James took a three in the corner before randomly turning around to look away from the hoop. Miraculously, he nailed it, and strode down the court with a familiar and resounding look in his eye.

After the game, Bron explained why he decided to stage such a big scene.

LeBron said Dennis Schroder said "bet you won't make it" on the no-look three in the second quarter, and after shooting, LeBron turned around to look him in the eye and seal the bet.

LeBron said he made a bet with Dennis Schröder before his lookaway 3-pointer. LeBron said he shot the ball, turned around and looked Schröder in the eyes and said, “Bet it.”

Yeah, it’s fair to say Bron won the night with that whole situation. And, honestly, Tuesday night’s game might become familiar territory for the rest of this season.

With an 8-3 start, and coming off the 2020 title, the Purple and Gold are absolutely feeling themselves right now, and there’s no reason why they should slow down now.

At this point, they’re just trying to enjoy the ride as best as they can.
