LeBron James Reacts To Lakers’ Free Agency Moves

Lakers Outsiders

The Los Angeles Lakers suffered a brutal heartbreak in the 2021 postseason, losing in the very first round to a young and inexperienced Suns team.

We all knew they would respond by making some moves this summer, and they have proven that to be true through the two days of free agency.

After trading for Russell Westbrook, the team went out and followed it up with multiple other signings, including Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony, and Malik Monk among others.

At this point in time, the Lakers have been the most active team by far.

On Instagram, LeBron James shared his excitement with a series of story posts featuring his brand new teammates.

Clearly, the King is feeling good about the Lakers’ recent moves, and it’s hard to blame him for it.

With Westbrook and all of these other veterans in the mix, the Purple and Gold are poised to compete for the crown once again.

At this point, the biggest question mark is LeBron James himself. At 36-years-old, is he the same player he used to be? Has Father Time finally caught up with him?

Without James at his best, it will be that much harder for the Lakers to make a deep playoff run. Then again, when has it ever been good to doubt LeBron before?
