LeBron James is the most influential basketball player on earth right now, and one of the biggest names in the world of sports. The King has been very outspoken against racial injustice and police brutality in America. His voice matters and has a big impact on the league.

During the players’ meeting on Wednesday, the Lakers and Clippers reportedly voted to have the season canceled, while the rest of the teams showed their desire to play out the playoffs. It was reported by Shams Charania of The Athletic that LeBron was angry and stormed out the meeting, followed by his teammates and the whole Clippers team.

Sources: The Lakers and Clippers have voted to boycott the NBA season. Most other teams voted to continue. LeBron James has exited the meeting.

After that, Ethan Skolnick Five Reasons Sports Network and Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports reported that Bron wasn’t pushing to cancel the season and the real reason behind his anger. James wasn’t happy with the Milwaukee Bucks and their decision to boycott Game 5 of their series without talking with any other player or team in the bubble.

Hearing from two sources that LeBron was NOT pushing to cancel the season, even if the some on the Lakers were. But he does want the owners to take more tangible action.

Goodwill added that team’s owners will have the opportunity to discuss the current situation of the league and come up with a plan at a special board of governors meeting today.
