LeBron James becoming a part-time owner of the Boston Red Sox sure sparked a lot of reactions around the league, especially from people in the city. James’ history with them is anything but great knowing the big rivalry between the Celtics and the four-time NBA champion.

Ever since his first stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers, LeBron and Boston created a big rivalry that lasts until today. In fact, it has increased since the King is playing for the Lakers, the biggest rivals of the C’s.

Knowing all of that, James becoming a part-owner of the Sox was a complete shock for a lot of people but this is business and he didn’t miss the chance to expand his portfolio.

One NBA fan took to Twitter to try to guess the reaction of Bill Simmons, an avid Boston sports fan.

“LeBron owns the Celtics and the Red Sox… I know Bill Simmons puked when that news hit,” @bansky wrote.
