• Lamar Odom was enjoying watching Team USA in action ahead of the 2023 FIBA World Cup

• He shared a photo on social media of his TV from far away, prompting fans to mock what appeared to be a small TV

• Odom would respond with proof that he was watching on a 70-inch TV

Lamar Odom’s love for basketball is still strong, as he was watching Team USA play friendly games ahead of the 2023 FIBA World Cup. He posted a picture of the game on his TV from an unfavorable angle, making it look like his TV is extremely small, prompting fans to mock him.

Odom quickly shut everyone up by sharing a picture of the box he bought the TV in. It proved that the TV wasn’t small, in fact, it was a 70-inch UHD Smart TV. Odom managed to shut all the trolls up when he posted the proof.

Odom is clearly just having fun with his fans. Even with the ups and down he’s gone through in his life, the two-time NBA Champion is in a good place now and just enjoying his life.

He averaged 13.3 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 3.7 assists for his career and won Sixth Man of the Year in 2011.

Team USA Is Playing Can’t-Miss Basketball

Odom was tuned into the action for good reason. Team USA is proving that they aren’t the same team that finished seventh in the 2019 World Cup.

Anthony Edwards has taken the reins of the team as their No. 1 option and doing exceedingly well. Other stars are also playing really well, with Austin Reaves becoming their star sixth man, Jalen Brunson establishing himself as their starting point guard, and Jaren Jackson Jr. carrying over the strengths that made him Defensive Player of the Year last season.

Team USA opens their group stage play on 26 August when they face New Zealand.
