NBA Fans Debate About Who Would Win In A 3-On-3 Matchup Between Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson vs. Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green: “MJ’s Team Would Beat Them 21-1.”

During different eras in the NBA, different sets of players dominated the NBA with their skills. During the 1980s and the 1990s, it was Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Magic Johnson.

The three players were responsible for reviving the popularity of the NBA. In fact, they even played a crucial role in globalizing the league. On the court, they accomplished a lot, and as a result, they all are sitting comfortably in the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Although the three superstars never played together on the same team in the NBA, they did so while donning the Team USA jersey. They were part of the 1992 Dream Team and comfortably led the team to a gold medal.

But what if a 3-on-3 matchup was conducted between Bird, Magic, and Jordan against LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Draymond Green? Obviously, it’s a hypothetical matchup, and it was recently suggested by the Instagram page ‘ClutchPoints.’

It’s certainly a weird matchup to even discuss hypothetically. NBA fans shared their thoughts upon seeing it, and they were quick to troll Draymond Green for even being present in this imaginary 3-on-3 game.

jon_furro: LMAO dray don’t belong on this graphic .

cupofjoe619: MJ‘s group. Is that even a question LMFAO.

nathan_snowden23: I’m a Bron fan but Jordan magic and bird would destroy them .

jonathandiaz1978: Ah, c’mon, there’s no way to beat MJ, Magic and Larry.

saucey_mcgee0: 90s ball lol draymond green ain’t on any of their levels y’all lol magic bird and mj all played on different teams too dray hasn’t won 4 championships for his own team lol I think that’s curry.

carloseduardosilva: This question was probably born precisely due to the existence of the picture. Still, I gotta ask: what the f**k is Draymond doing there?

g83matt: Replace Draymond with Kobe then it’s 50/50 toss up.

oliviosimoncioni: Omg mj bird magic would kill them over and over till they never played again.

jason49th: The team without draymond is da only correct answer .

d.dubs24: Wtf question is that!!! Easy answers MJ all day everyday…

darkknightdc: Everyone in the pic except Dray has won a Nba MVP award . Dray makes the comparison a false one.

realnoahcohen: mj’s squad is winning but to be fair, that’s the 3 best players from his era, and draymond is nowhere near that equivalent for lebron. if you replaced draymond with KD for instance, would be a totally different story.

As good as Curry and Bron are, having Green against the three best players from the 80s and 90s is just unfair. If Green was replaced by the likes of Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, or Kawhi Leonard, then it would be a good debate.

This was probably a troll directed at Draymond Green. Otherwise, we cannot think of a good reason as to why this debate was even posted online in the first place. That’s all there is to it.
