NBA Fans Pick Sides Between Two Teams Featuring The Likes Of Prime LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, And Other Greats

Over the course of NBA history, there have been many great players that have stepped on the court. Even among them, only a few have achieved so much that they are regarded as the best players to ever play in the NBA.

Depending upon the era and how the game of basketball evolved, the definition of these players changed. But what if some of these players played in not only the same era but on the same team as well?

Instagram page “Hoopsview” had an idea like this, where they posted a graphic with 10 amazing NBA players and divided them into two teams. The top team had Stephen Curry, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Kevin Garnett, and Hakeem Olajuwon. On the other hand, the bottom team consists of Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Kevin Durant, Time Duncan, and Shaquille O’Neal.

Another fact that the page provided was the fact that all the above-mentioned players are in the prime of their respective careers. Such posts are always welcomed by NBA fans and so was this one. Here’s what fans think about which team would win between the two if there was a hypothetical match between them.

johngernhardt5: “Bottom. Magic would control the whole game. Steph can’t guard him. I’d be more comfortable with magic guarding Steph than Steph guarding magic.”

deahalyk: “Bottom….Curry a liability on defence. Closer than most would think though.”

natecavallin: “Top is a better fit but bottom has more talent. Top prolly wins in a close game.”

_lewis.emmanuel_: “Shaq and mj just make this shi unfair.”

jojonah98: “Bottom. All I see is legendary ALL TIME defense. But I think it’d be neck and neck for sure.”

billmullarky: “Bottom all the way. Shaq and MJ prime with the big fundamental and showtime facilities. Ain’t nobody beating that.”

sam_mcclanahan83: “Whoever would get to witness a game such as this would be the real winner.”

jakebanaf: “Bottom has better players overall but I think top would work better as a team.”

brandon_sellari: “Top has the more skilled players . Top.”

ankurkool17: “Bottom is broken with MJ-Shaq and with KD its overrr.”

oskahryan: “I imagine this would be a full of game played like the 2016 4th qauter.”

mikefishes_: “Jordan Durant and shaq alone is enough no team ever is stopping that.”

alex_xeno_m: “The bottom is literally the best player for each position. u could argue lebron over kd but that’s it.”

Looking at the comments it is quite obvious that most fans believe that the bottom team will get the dub, even if the game might be close.

The partnership of MJ-Shaq-KD seems too much to handle for any defense. On top of that, Magic has an advantage over Steph in terms of defending, this could be the deciding factor for this game.

At the end of the game, the situation is hypothetical and if such a game ever took place, only one thing is certain that every basketball fan will be entertained beyond imagination.
