Jamal Murray Is Hitting Step-Back 3s, Mid-Ranges And Posting Up Rivals In Recent Workout Video

The Denver Nuggets have received incredible news in recent hours, as their second-best player seems to be fully healthy and ready to face the 2022/23 NBA season. After missing the entire 2021/22 campaign, Jamal Murray appears to be ready to go to help the reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic compete for a championship.

After reaching the Western Conference Finals in the bubble, the Nuggets couldn’t return to that stage, and last season were swept by the eventual champions Golden State Warriors in the first round of the playoffs, so it’s clear that this team is ready to bounce back and show that they are serious contenders in the West.

In a season where Murray didn’t play, and Michael Porter Jr. went down with a back injury, things didn’t look good for the Nuggets. Now, they’re ready to show their quality and challenge the Warriors in a stacked conference.

A recent video allegedly recorded in Australia shows Murray balling out at a gym, showing off his moves against his rivals, demonstrating that he’s ready to dominate the competition next year. Step-back 3s, mid-ranges, good passes, and even some post-ups are part of the video, which shows Murray is fully healthy to face another NBA season.

This means great news for the Nuggets, who struggled a lot without their 2nd and 3rd stars last year. Nikola Jokic only did what he could, but it’s not crazy to say that the Nuggets, with a healthy Murray and Porter Jr., could challenge everybody in the West.

Denver is one of the teams that could put up a good fight against the Golden State Warriors, but first, they need to stay healthy and play at the highest level. They have the current league MVP, and the addition of Murray will surely enhance their game and the expectations around them.
