Julius Randle Is Mad At Referees: “After All The Fouling And Everything That Was Going On, For Them To Call That And Decide The Game Is Fucking Ridiculous. They Have To Do A Better Job. It’s Too Many Games Like This.”

It seems like every week Julius Randle will have something to say about the referees after going off on the officials in the Philadelphia 76ers’ 101-100 win over the New York Knicks. The player wasn’t happy with the decisions made in the final minutes of the game and had a lot to say about it after the match was over.

Randle claimed that the calls are getting out of hand and the refs need to be clear about what they’re calling since this is not the first time the Knicks have been affected by controversial decisions. Nerlens Noel was involved in the most recent case for the Knicks and Julius wasn’t happy about it.

“Blown call by the officials. Not enough contact for them to call the play. I don’t know who it was – Nerlens – but clearly he had possession. After all the fouling and everything that was going on, for them to call that and decide the game is fucking ridiculous. They have to do a better job. It’s too many games like this.”

To make things worse, on Reddit, one user revealed that referee Leon Wood refused to review a questionable play against the Sixers, which seems to be suspicious knowing that he was drafted by the franchise in the 1984 NBA draft. He played two seasons in Philly and seven years in the association.

Randle was right when he said the Knickerbockers have been affected by these decisions before; they starred in a very similar situation against the Brooklyn Nets last week, with the forward fuming with the referees, too.

The Knicks are having a very good season, they are doing very good things on the court and it’s unfair that these decisions ruin their plans to keep competing for a spot in the postseason.
