LeBron James On His Fadeaway Over Luka Doncic: “Feeling Like Michael Jackson In His Prime! Footwork On Cruise Control. Poetry In Motion!”

2 Min Read

After a very bad game against the Los Angeles Clippers, LeBron James and his Los Angeles Lakers showed a different face against the dangerous Dallas Mavericks. The purple and gold had no mercy for the Texans and left the arena with a 138-115 victory to even their record. They played a great game, as the championship team they are and Bron was once again in his bag.

Following that painful loss against the Clippers, the Lakers needed to send a message and that’s exactly what they did against the Mavs. LeBron scored 22 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished 10 assists but also made the best play of the game. Luka Doncic had the job to guard him but James was a nightmare for the European talent. At some point, LeBron pulled a fadeaway on Luka. Everybody was in awe after that play and not even LeBron could hide his excitement about that play.

Hours after the game was finished, the King took to Instagram to describe how he felt doing that play, throwing some flowers at himself in the process.

“Feeling like Mike Jack in his prime! Footwork on cruise control. Poetry in Motion! #ThekidfromAKRON #KingMe ” LeBron captioned a video showing him schooling Doncic.

James is ready to once again lead the Lakers to the promised land and his level hasn’t decreased a bit. The Lakers will have a lot of hard rivals this campaign but as long as they have Bron feeling himself, they will have a very good chance to succeed. This was their first victory of many they will get this year. Luka won’t be the only victim of LeBron’s this season.
